The Program: Targeted Glute Development
This 4-week program is built for women who want to tone, lift, and strengthen their glutes through a focused and progressive training plan. Each 60-minute session uses evidence-based exercise sequencing to activate, strengthen, and sculpt the glutes safely and effectively.

Small-Group Training for Maximum Results
With a maximum of four participants per session, you'll receive individualized coaching in a motivating team environment. The small size allows for proper cueing, feedback, and hands-on guidance without losing the energy of a supportive training community.
