This service brings private, science based coaching directly to your preferred location. You receive one on one training from Dr. Don Burris, a board certified exercise physiologist and certified strength and conditioning coach. Each session is designed to build real strength, improve mobility, refine movement patterns, and support long term health and performance.

This is a high level, individualized coaching experience for clients who want more than a standard workout. You choose where you train and the coaching comes to you.

Coaching Packages and Pricing
All sessions are 60 minutes. Pricing reflects the level of expertise, personalization, and the convenience of having coaching delivered to your preferred training location.

Single Session
$130 per session
Best for new clients or those needing occasional expert guidance.

5 Session Package
$625 total
Approximately $125 per session.
Ideal for beginning a structured plan or focusing on specific goals.

10 Session Package
$1,200 total
Approximately $120 per session.
The core package for consistent strength and performance development.

Standard Monthly Plan
2 sessions per week, about 8 sessions per month: $950 per month
Provides consistent coaching, accountability, and progression.

Performance Monthly Plan
3 sessions per week, about 12 sessions per month: $1,380 per month
For motivated clients, returning lifters, adults 40+, or clients with performance goals.

Partner Training
$80 per person per session (two clients training together)

Training is delivered at your preferred location. This may be your home, your gym, or another training space you have access to. All sessions are private and scheduled at a time that works for you.
Do I need equipment?
No. If you train at home, sessions can be built around the equipment you already have. If you train at a gym, we will use what is available there. Programs are fully adaptable.

Can beginners do this?
Yes. This service is designed for all levels. Whether you are a new lifter or returning after time off, the coaching is tailored to your ability, comfort, and goals.
What if I’m recovering from an injury or surgery?
Your program will be adjusted to match your current movement capacity and medical considerations. Many clients begin after injury, surgery, or long layoffs.
