1) Assessment

Movement screen, training history, goals, constraints. We identify bottlenecks in strength, work capacity, recovery, and—if desired—functional markers.

2) Program Build

Structured 4–6 week block with smart progressions, accessory work for weak links, and nutrition built in, not bolted on.

3) Adapt & Level Up

We review metrics, adjust loads/volumes, and solve plateaus before they happen. Progress that compounds, not stalls.
