Abby has been teaching yoga since high school after starting her practice as a remedy for back pain due to running competitive cross country. Through yoga, she developed a deeper connection with her body and discovered the magic of gentle movement, something she now strives to incorporate into every class.
Certified through Om Ananda Yoga in Fort Collins (2021), Abby teaches slower, dynamic flows that blend creativity, inclusivity, and a touch of playfulness. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her reading, doing arts and crafts, drinking coffee, watching horror movies or going to local shows. Slow Flow This class is gentle, creative, and beginner friendly. In this slower-paced class, we’ll move with intention, explore breath and balance, and find ease in each posture. Expect fluid, accessible sequences that build strength and flexibility while leaving plenty of space for self-expression. Flow & Restore The best of both worlds—dynamic movement and deep relaxation. The class will start with a playful and flowy sequence in order to get energy moving, and the second half will include long and restful holds, inspired by Yin and Restorative yoga. This class is perfect for anyone craving both movement and deep rest. |
