Class description:
Flow and Flexibility Flow and flexibility is a class that engages in both strengthening and stretching to bring balance to the body.
This class starts with a Vinyasa style warm up to get our bodies active and energized, then transitions to longer, more passive stretches to soften and work into the connective tissue.
Class will finish with savasana to allow the practice to integrate back in, and soak up all the goodness created in class!
This class will leave the practitioner feeling balanced and refreshed for the evening.
